Kayaking is characterized by the ease with which the basic physical skills are learned in order to navigate. Soon, anyone with balance and normal conditions can reach an acceptable level of skill in techniques such as the Eskimo roll, paddling techniques and rescue.
However, it is important to learn from an instructor, as the physical skills must be complemeted by training in navigation, climatology,safety, rescue, first aids and geography. If this is the first time you perform this activity, we recommend to start by the 'workshop : Introduction to Kayaking"
DAYS: Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. (to be programmed according to availability)
Groups, minimum: 2 people.
Meeting place: Municipal Tigre ramp 10 am.
Programme:
Once gathered at the meeting point we take our equipment, set up the kayaks and after a brief technical and security talk we embark and row towards the Gambado Brook to cross the Sarmiento river , following the Abra Vieja stream and return to Sarmiento river to row toward the Lujan River and reach the Municipal ramp in Tigre.

Once gathered at the meeting point we take our equipment, set up the kayaks and after a brief technical and security talk we embark and row towards the Gambado Brook to cross the Sarmiento river , following the Abra Vieja stream and return to Sarmiento river,from there we have two alternatives to row down slightly until Espera river and find a beach for lunch time or row to San Antonio River and find a place for a picnic. After lunch we embark and return to the municipal ramp in Luján River.
