Kayaking is characterized by the ease with which the basic physical skills are learned in order to navigate. Soon, anyone with balance and normal conditions can reach an acceptable level of skill in techniques such as the Eskimo roll, paddling techniques and rescue.
However, it is important to learn from an instructor, as the physical skills must be complemeted by training in navigation, climatology, safety, rescue, first aids and geography. If this is the first time you perform this activity, we recommend to start by the 'workshop : Introduction to Kayaking"
