Proposal

Piedra Parada is one of the most popular climbing destinations in Argentina, with a wide variety of sectors with high quality rock and impressive views. The Cañadón de La Buitrera is one of the most recognized sectors, with routes ranging from 4 to a proposed 9a in difficulty. The Piedra Parada rock formation, which is more than 150 million years old, is composed of enormous basalt walls that have attracted climbers from all over the world and even hosted one of the most important climbing festivals in the world, the Petzl Roctrip. 2012.

Itinerary

Day 1: Meeting in Esquel. Transfer by charter vehicle to Piedra Parada (approximately 5 hours).

Registration and camping.

Day 2: Climbing in La Buitrera

We walk to the climbing area
Rock climbing all day.
Return to camp at sunset to rest and have dinner

Day 3: Climbing in La Buitrera

We walk to the climbing area
Rock climbing all day
Return to camp at sunset to rest and have dinner

Day 4: Rest and tourism

We walk to the climbing area
Optional rock climbing, or rest day.
Return to camp at sunset to rest and have dinner

Day 5: Climbing in La Buitrera

We walk to the climbing area
Rock climbing all day
Return to camp at sunset to rest and have dinner

Day 6: Last climb and return

We walked to a nearby climbing area.
Rock climbing during the morning
Return to camp for lunch
Transfer back to Esquel, arrival in the afternoon. End of program

Lunches on the go (cold meals): Milanesa and tomato sandwiches, cold cuts, sandwiches, salads, tapas, etc.
Dinners: Vegetable-bacon-chorizo ??red stews, Chicken and vegetable casseroles, Pastas with various sauces or stew, Roast meat (Chivito), Chaw Fan, Chicken with rice in a casserole....
Breakfasts and snacks: Tea, Coffee, Cappuccino, Cooked Mate, Mate, Powdered milk; bread, cookies, jam, honey, dulce de leche; cereals, fruit.
It is necessary to complete the personal/medical record to clarify if someone does not eat any type of food.

Where to sleep

In tents (2 and 3 people). Single tent option.

A minimum level of climbing, in previous outings with us or that you have done before.

13/14 years old accompanied by an adult
