We leave from the city of Salta along National Route 68 (the transport will take care of going through the lodgings or wherever they are for greater security) to head towards the town of La Viña. - We find the horses and the preparation of the load. - We ride through the jungle mountains of the Lerma Valley, following the course of the Pircas river, we make stops along the way and at sunset we arrive at a country house located in the middle of the mountain, where we will spend the first night and prepare salteña empanadas.
